
Roti and Jaggery Laddoo

Ingredients:
- Khapli Wheat Roti - 3 to 4
- Organic Crushed Jaggery - 3 to 4 tablespoon (you can increase or decrease the quantity as per your liking)
- Desi Cow Ghee - 3 to 4 tablespoon
- Dry fruit powder - 1 tablespoon (optional)
How to make Roti Laddoos?
Step 1 - Crush the rotis
- Take the leftover rotis and make pieces
- Use a mixer to make make a course powder
Step 2 - Mixing ingredients
- Add the crushed jaggery to the ground rotis
- Add desi cow ghee
- Add dry fruit powder
- Mix well
Step 3 - Make laddoos
- Take the mixture in your hands and shape it into small balls
- Apply a little milk on your hands if it is difficult to make the laddoos
- Serve as an evening snack or a side dish in breakfast
