Roti and Jaggery Laddoo

Organic Khapli Wheat Roti Laddoo

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • Khapli Wheat Roti - 3 to 4
  • Organic Crushed Jaggery - 3 to 4 tablespoon (you can increase or decrease the quantity as per your liking)
  • Desi Cow Ghee - 3 to 4 tablespoon
  • Dry fruit powder - 1 tablespoon (optional)

How to make Roti Laddoos?

Step 1 - Crush the rotis

  1. Take the leftover rotis and make pieces 
  2. Use a mixer to make make a course powder

Step 2 - Mixing ingredients

  1. Add the crushed jaggery to the ground rotis
  2. Add desi cow ghee
  3. Add dry fruit powder
  4. Mix well

Step 3 - Make laddoos

  1. Take the mixture in your hands and shape it into small balls
  2. Apply a little milk on your hands if it is difficult to make the laddoos
  3. Serve as an evening snack or a side dish in breakfast
