Ragi Roti - Mix Millet Roti

Ingredients
- Organic Sprouted Ragi Atta - 1 cup
- Khapli Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Bajra Flour - 1 cup
- Rice Flour - 1 cup
- Oil - 2 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Water - as needed
- Desi Ghee
How to make Mix Millet Roti?
Step 1 - Mix the flours
- In a big bowl add the Khapli Wheat Flour, Ragi Atta, Bajra Atta and Rice Flour.
- Mix them together
Step 2 - Salt and Oil
- Add 1 1/2 tablespoon oil and salt to the flour
- Mix well
Step 3 - Knead the flour
- Make a well in the atta mix and add some water
- Knead a semi-soft dough of the atta just like a normal chapati dough
Step 4 - Rest the dough
- Apply a little amount of oil to the dough
- Cover and rest for 10 minutes
Step 5 - Final dough
- Knead the dough again for 2 minutes and you are ready
Step 6 - Making the roti
- Take a roundlet of the dough and flatten it
- Make a thicker than chapati roti with the dough
- Roast it on a tawa from both sides
Step 7 - Serve
- While serving add a spoonful of desi on the top of the roti
- Serve this roti with a spicy sabji or chutney
