How to make Mix Millet Roti?

Step 1 - Mix the flours

  1. In a big bowl add the Khapli Wheat Flour, Ragi Atta, Bajra Atta and Rice Flour.
  2. Mix them together

Step 2 - Salt and Oil

  1. Add 1 1/2 tablespoon oil and salt to the flour
  2. Mix well

Step 3 - Knead the flour

  1. Make a well in the atta mix and add some water
  2. Knead a semi-soft dough of the atta just like a normal chapati dough

Step 4 - Rest the dough

  1. Apply a little amount of oil to the dough
  2. Cover and rest for 10 minutes

Step 5 - Final dough

  1. Knead the dough again for 2 minutes and you are ready

Step 6 - Making the roti

  1. Take a roundlet of the dough and flatten it
  2. Make a thicker than chapati roti with the dough
  3. Roast it on a tawa from both sides

Step 7 - Serve

  1. While serving add a spoonful of desi on the top of the roti
  2. Serve this roti with a spicy sabji or chutney
